Following Up and the Interview Process

Following up and checking on your application

After you apply to LHSI, we will send a timeline of when you can expect to hear back on next steps. We include very specific dates, so you don't need to follow up. We don't review applications until after the due date, and we'll tell you the date when you can expect to hear back. Mark that date on your calendar and then relax. 

In a normal application process, you may check in with the hiring manager if you haven't heard back within about two weeks. No need to do that with LHSI! We'll keep you updated. 

If you submit an application and don't receive a confirmation email immediately, check the junk mail of the email address you included on the application. Still don't see it? Email lhsi@iupui.edu, and we'll confirm whether or not we have it. 

Interview information

If you move on to the interviews, you will have individual interviews with the different sites you are matched with. We do not give more information at this point because students tend to get overwhelmed with all the information.  

Further information will be given to you in detail upon acceptance into the interview stage. Until then, please be patient and good luck with your application!
