Information sessions

Join us to learn more about the Life–Health Sciences Internship Program and application, as well as to get answers to your questions. The ambassadors will host info sessions in late January and early February. Can't make it? That's ok! We're recording and will have videos on our website shortly after the sessions.

Meet with us

Did you know we're available to meet and to answer your questions about LHSI or help you do a final review of your application using a rubric? 

Note: We do not assist with creating resumes and cover letters. Visit your career services office or the Office of Student Employment for assistance.

The LHSI team offers a variety of options for 30-minute appointments available starting in early February. You can schedule appointments by completing the following steps:

1. Visit Student Appointment Scheduler (SAS) on One.IU.edu.
2. Sign in to SAS.
3. From this view, you can type into the search field "LHSI" to find our team.
4. Select all staff listed (check the box at the top of the list) and then select "Find Open Appointments."
5. Select a day in the calendar to view open appointment slots, and choose the time you would like.
6. Include the reason for your appointment in the dialog box that appears (review application, questions about LHSI, etc.), and then submit the request.
7. You will see a confirmation appear, and a confirmation will also be sent to your university email address. If you requested to receive a text notification, you will receive a text reminder as well.
